These are all really good links. As an elementary education major it’s good for me to think as a coach and realize the things that they are dealing with as well. It also points out that communication with coaches is just as important as talking with other teachers.
So sorry I read the links wrong! PEER coaching makes a lot more sense! Teachers should definitely consider peer coaching in their classrooms. When students talk to other students, they are able to communicate things on a level that they understand and learn from each other. In a lot of cases I feel your peers teach you more because it is a less intimidating environment.
